Kiki: Akiko Kennedy - Declutter Specialist
With over 25 years of restaurant/hotel industry experience, Kiki has done it all: from dishwasher to cook, server, host, trainer, certified sommelier, management, restaurateur and restaurant consultant. Pursue for excellence in guest satisfaction, cleanliness, efficiency, analytical skills, and problem solving/organizational skills have been drilled into her bones. As a restaurant consultant, she organized not only shelves, but also systems to help restaurants/hotels/bars to improve the operational efficiency and profitability. Throughout all the endeavors, Kiki has applied the principles of "Kaizen" (continuous improvement in Japanese). All the experiences, skills, and increasing home organization demands now lead to a professional organizer.
