ON-SITE

We'll come to you and do a complete walk through of your space and give you the organizing solutions. 
 

On-Site procedures:

  1. Discussion: your issues and goal

  2. Evaluation of area(s) of interest: clutter, use of space, functionality, design layout, needs/wants based on your life style etc.

  3. Solutions: organizing tips and product recommendations. 
     

  • $195 — Per room or space

  • $295 — Homes up to 2500 sq ft

  • $395 — Homes > 2500 sq ft

SHOPPING

Organizing tools like containers really help your place organized better. But too many options! We shop those products based on your needs, style and budget for you.

Shopping procedures:

  1. Assessment of the situation

  2. Search for the options

  3. Present you the options

  4. Purchase the products for you

  5. Ship the products to you

  • $130/hr - 4 hour minimum

  • It covers: consultation, research, travel, shop and return.

  • Product costs will be added to the fee. 

  • Assemble the item is an option.

Declutter & Organization

Home & Office Organization

HOME ORGANIZATION

No project is too small. Declutter and organization make your life easier and better. We help you set up a good organizing system and teach you all the tips so that you can keep it organized easily.

  • Home Organizing: closets, kitchen, home office, living room, dining room, bedroom, storage room, garage

  • Paper Management: files, papers, bills, memorabilia

 

  • Downsizing Assistance: declutter (easier with support), downsizing and pre/post-move management 
     

  • $110/hr - 4 hour minimal

  • Holiday & Special Event Help: help prep your events (holidays and parties), run errands, set up decorations, cleanup and just about anything else you need. $120/hr, 4 hours minimum. 
     

  • Personal Services: personal shopping (groceries, dry cleaning, prescriptions, holiday shopping, and other errands around town), supervising for home cleaning, repairs, and installations instead of your waiting between 8am -12pm. $120/hr, 4 hours minimum. 

OFFICE ORGANIZATION

Tired of messy desks and piles of stuff on shelves? Home or commercial office also needs organization to increase efficiency and productivity. You can also create systems for handling paperwork, emails, and other tasks, making it easier to stay on top of your workload.

ROUTINE CHECK-UP SERVICE

Many of our clients ask us to follow up occasional check-ups (after they've worked with us) so they can make sure to stay organized. Many of them often ask us monthly, 3 months, or 6 month check-ups. 

Packing & Unpacking

Make Your Moving Easy & Smoothly

PRE-MOVE DECLUTTER

Decluttering your old house prior to packing ensures that you only move what you need. This is an important process that saves your time and money for moving. We help you declutter for your new life!

  • $110/hr - 4 hour minimal

  • Plan to move 

  • Just moved and want to start w/neat system

  • Sell your house

  • Clean up the belongings of your loved one you just lost

  • Plan to get rid of storage units (Save $$$!)

PACKING

We don't just dump things into the boxes like movers. We help you pack the contents of your house (except for the large furniture) safely, securely, and orderly with labels to ensure your movers to put them in the correct rooms. We turn your stressful moving process into streamlined and easy one! 

 

Downsize your items and arrange furniture to prepare for selling your home. Drop off donations, arrange pick up for unwanted items, and provide various resources.

​

  • $130/hr - 4 hour minimum

  • The cost of boxes and packing supplies will be an additional fee separate from our hourly rate.

UNPACKING

Unpacking is the best time to make your place organized. We help you unpack and have a home for every item with a system that you can keep it up easily.

 

  • $130/hr - 4 hour minimum

  • Unpack boxes and put away items in organized manners

  • Help you declutter if needed

  • Dispose of all discarded packing materials after unpacking in your designated area. We do not haul away trash but can contact a trash removal company on your behalf (fees not included in our rate) 

  • Bring the donation items to a Goodwill nearby (fees not included in our rate).

 Moving Tips 

WHAT DO YOU NEED FOR MOVING PREPARATIONS?

  • Boxes

  • Packing tape with dispenser

  • Bubble wrap/packing paper (you can substitute with your towels & linens)

  • Stretch wrap

  • Markers (Sharpies) and pens

  • Utility knife

  • Rubber bands

  • Small Ziploc plastic bags

  • Basic tool kit (including screwdrivers, hammer, wrench, Allen wrenches, etc.)Scotch tape

  • Post-Its (sticky notes)

  • Twine/string

  • Carpet protector film

HOW MANY BOXES DO YOU NEED?

To give you an idea, if you have an average amount of belongings (that means you're neither a minimalist nor a pack rat), you have 3 bedrooms, and there are 4 people living in your house we recommend:
 

  • 25 small boxes

  • 40 medium boxes

  • 24-36 large boxes

  • 10 extra-large boxes

  • 10 book boxes (more if you are moving a large number of books)

  • 6-9 wardrobe boxes

  • 4-6 rolls of bubble wrap (you'll probably need more than you think)

  • 2-4 package of packing paper

  • 1-2 stretch wraps

  • 6 rolls of packing tape

  • Lamp boxes (size and quantity based on your needs)

  • Frame boxes (size and quantity based on your needs)

  • Television boxes (size and quantity based on your needs)
